I have a different point of view I think it can be difficult for a stock to put in a big multiday move when a credit raise is expected after inital run usually credit raise fear will pour abit of cold water on things, you want it to run and keep running into further good results, you better to clear the decks fund the drilling campaign and let everyone know you want in, you got only one way on market!
