I hope I'm wrong, but the modus operandi of this management team (and I have to assume the board is supportive of this approach) is to announce what appears to be an impressive contract with a blue chip client only for the actual work & revenues to be well into the future & then impossible to see that reflected (even 12-24-36 mths later) in revenues & cash flow.
again hope to be proven wrong, but there is a pattern....another announcement just before a 4c or accounts are due
still waiting on that ACV number
