I suspect this is because the Wesfarmers $ is delayed due to the legal proceedings and they are running out cash into the inflection point.
Why not get a short term loan from Hawkes point to get them over the bump?
Then raise after Riverina is humming.
The WES deal (genius) looked out it would let them squeek through but alas
