Surely they couldn't do a CR at a discount to the current SP. After all PIL have all along valued the emi licence itself at a far greater amount than the current value of the company. Put this with Mass Spec just about going live & the purchase of the AI company. They can't surely underrate the value of their company by discounting the SP for their CR.
I wouldnt be surprised if Mass Spec goes live directly after the CR imo.
