They may have the best intentions, but the outcome truly looks like they are running it for the salaries rather than expecting they will make money on the shares they own. I would feel way better if they put their own money into buying on market, and temporarily decreasing their salaries and then increasing it substantially above the current level when the company makes money and can afford it. I don't want them working for free, but there should be some balance.....buying on market though is clearly only for us losers...

If those dudes really believed MASS SPEC was going to launch this company skyward, they'd have loaded up on shares on market some time in the past year or two lead up to launch.
