Just as there's positive momentum in the lithium space, Power goes into a trading halt regarding the following.


The Company advises that: 1. the Company requests a trading halt pending examination of whether a cleansing prospectus should be issued or whether, in the circumstances, it should seek order from the Court in relation to its inadvertent failure to lodge a Cleansing Notice in relation to certain prior issues of shares by the Company within 5 business days of the issue of those shares; 2. the trading halt is requested to be put in place from the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 29 February 2024 until the earlier of when the additional information is released to the market or the commencement of normal trading on Monday 4 March 2024. Should the Company need to apply to the Court for remedial orders, it will need to request a suspension in trading of its securities until the orders are obtained;
