This muck up with the “inadvertent” forgotten cleansing notice will take some time to remedy.
PNN will most likely will be suspended from trade until they can seek declaratory relief orders to fix the mess. The additional legal + court fees will further add to the ‘administrative costs’ for this quarter. Separately, I am still trying to get my head around Mingjin obtaining an 8% substantial interest in August 23 and only filing a form 603 end of Feb 24, well beyond the 2 business day limit….
