I agree, whatever metric you use on cla, we are well and truly undervalued at present. Primarily imo, because the market didn't think a Cu Au mpsa would be issued by the Philippines govt after 20 plus years.
It appears that hurdle is about to be cleared. The next hurdle, as our resident expert points out, is financing, I think the market has this very wrong also.
A recalibration will be necessary once mpsa is issued to factor in the green light it represents in the Philippines. With a Cu crunch predicted, there will be multiple opportunities for full funding imo, due to the raw materials required to supply existing processors.
Negotiations have been ongoing for quite some time based on previous announcements, I thing funding will be a lot closer and more favourable than some are predicting here.
