Well let’s just do an hypothetical, shall we? If the mine gets to production and there is a takeover offer for just the MCB project @ say 12 cents, Humes 26 million shares convert to $3.12 million cash. Now I’d call that significant.
Then if the TO company, like Silver Corp, allow CLA spin off the other assets, we all, including Hume have an asset worth something. How much? I don’t know, maybe the current sp of cla? 1.3 cents.
Ideal scenario I know. But it is the deal structure Silver Corp offered.
Do you still call that insignificant?
