Well 2 years to fid... then another 6 months to mobilize and appoint contractors ect and another say 24 months to construct then another 6-12m to get the plant dialed and a con produced..
Again tell me where im lying?
5 Years till first cash is realistic if everything goes perfectly imo.
Its ok you can move onto your next thing after being proved wrong again.
