So if I remember correctly, CLA currently has a JORC for MCB, and it looks like they submitted a PFS to the Philippines govt which was approved in August 2023 but we haven't seen it yet. 2 weeks later they got the DMPF approval from the government. They stated in the last quarterly report that the works at MCB were kept to a minimum pending the issue of the ML.
They also state "TheCompany has several investors ready to commit the required funding to develop the MCBProject once the mining permit has been secured".
If the stars align we could see a funding announcement within weeks of the ML being issued on Wednesday.
The production of the DFS should not take too much work given the SS and PFS are complete and with funding locked, this looks ripe for a buy-out. They always said production from MCB in 2025 and it looks like they could achieve that.
