yep spot on, exactly what i was thinking, especially because they have announced we have the license granted, it would usually state something like 'In regards to a ML permit' then announce it has been granted when they release the announcement. There has to be something more, the more i think about it my optimism is turning into confidence, keen to hear any other possibilities or predictions.
