Yes, not ideal having to raise when the SP is trading at $0.004, but mildly better than ADG's cap raise back in Jul'22 @ $0.002.
1:10 share consolidation was only 18 months ago & the SP is already well on the way to returning to pre-consolidation (sewer) prices.
Next cap raise (after this one)...sometime before the end of July'24 would be my guess.
