I'll add an addendum to what Utilitas appears to be up to. There is some news from 2020 that Utilitas took over a redundant waste water treatment plant in Bundaberg east to establish a 'Biohub' & hoping businesses would committ to moving in there so they could develop the site.
The Biohub is not listed on Goodle Earth and doesn't seem to have gotten anywhere except infrequent hostings by Utilitas of hydrogen themed talk fests for the area.
I think this from the Mayor of Bundaberg in 2022 sums up the where they are now in regards to the success of the project in attracting high value companies to committ to tenanting the site if it was built:
"Bundaberg Region Mayor Jack Dempsey said LPE plans to supply green renewable energy to high-use tenants such as data centres and crypto miners. The company is connected with a proposed on-site crypto miner, STAK Mining Pty Ltd, which is focused on 100 per cent renewable-powered projects,” he said."
