with 2.1 billion shares on issue, it’s getting silly especially with 80% held by top 20 - the remaining 20% shareholders are cannon fodder and expendable, or certainly not in the minds of the executive to worry about. The small investors (even combined) have no voting power to do anything, except hope like hell that there’s a SP spike and they jump on the buyer before another shareholder takes the bid.
