Thoughts on Cap Raise:
1) $220M at $1.225 is only known on Monday, if they commence trading.

Money Of Mines podcast has already disclosed Bell Potter's offer and the fact these guys are getting it before ASX even discloses the terms of the raise is laughable conduct.

2) Being involved in the Cap Raise does not guarantee $1.225 especially if offers are scaled back or there isn't as much interest as people make it out to be. If they can't get enough interest they may raise less capital and offer shares at an even cheaper price.

3) DYL Management have done a TERRIBLE job timing this capital raising. I see comments of people referring to the URA ETF or uranium in general as BULLISH yet I can't find many chartists who are of the same short term opinion. Investors once again speak from their backside with no understanding of trend or price action.

4) With declining URANIUM prices and a raise that's issuing over 179M shares, directors applied for 147,000 shares!!! IS THIS A JOKE?!?!? I could legit get that amount on my CFD account and I'm one small pawn !!! Looks like the bigger pawns are the sophs, instos and other retail lemmings who will be butchered.

5) Shortsellers will participate in the raise just to COVER SOME shares cheaper and won't mind dumping their long positions either especially into any uptick, where shorters will patiently wait in the grass to hunt BIDS! I am one of those waiting in the grass.

6) DYL just killed their own stock price with JB mentioning "we'll never need to raise equity again". Loss of credibility and poor integrity who does he think he is not needing to raise capital?! Just this reason alone is enough for big boys to short this down to 90c!!!! GAME OVER and all the best folks
