I think any retail component of a CR (let alone instos) won't be fully subscribed (however shorts may participate to close out positions), but LKE will limp on for a while longer like a lame dog.
I suspect the greatest costs over the next couple of years are wages and admin. This CR - and likely the next - will continue to just keep the lights on and execs paid.
Capitulation is still a way off, but it is within sight.
