“What’s the story with the ATM facility?”
Is the plan to first see what they can get with a CR before asking the shareholders to approve drawing down from the ATM facility?
Can LKE progressively draw down all the available $206.2M in the ATM facility with shareholder approval across multiple meetings?
Why wouldn’t the shareholders approve, what other choice would they have?
