The company will have no choice but to take what they can get or this will be suspended for months or years.
Anything more than 8 cents a share with a one for two free option would be a very good outcome for the company in the short term only.
I suspect like many companies that do cap raises when in a desperate position that the share price will fall well below the cap raise price within a month of the raising.
