That is why LKE should stay away from those little backwater capital firms that rape and pillage the junior miners in dilutive capital raises. I would rather a private placement with a specialised private equity firm under contract, hopefully Dave has the smarts to reject any bad deal. At least you know with a private equity firm that they are usually genuine investors in the business.
