At best this is a cap raise as they are in dire straits and you are incorrect in saying it's a proven technology. It is far from that DLE has not been proven there only some small pilot plants there is no commercial DLE for lithium in existence on this planet, excluding Livent who don't really use a DLE process it's only a partial DLE process..
