If the data composition to date can't shake >$10m from strategic investors, then the empirical data is either lacking or the key DXB C suite personnel have failed to connect the market to this opportunity.
Time to move on from the mickey mouse retiree or retail broker presentations and into the professional investor space. That in my view requires a transition from the current Corporate Communications brief / providers. Otherwise don't expect a share price re-rating if left to the current arrangements.
