agree. its definitely an interesting way to conduct yourself... cannot for the life of me see why they would do it this way and cannot remember a company doing this.
broker should have some explaining to do... but I imagine they share are dealt and Sophs don't care as long as they can rinse them through the market in mid 30s when it reopens.
