Don't quite understand why any one is complaining at the cap raise.. 30c last traded price with 0 discount. Absolute premium, rarely happens if ever.
If we traded for a few days and price exceeded 40c then cap raised at a 10day average discount at 30c. People would be crying more and say why the massive discount!
I'd much prefer this arrangement.
