$20 million extra in cash may be a great thing to have but LTH’s now have to share their long awaited profits with 60 million new shareholders. No matter how you look at yesterday’s two announcements you cannot help but think there was a leak. Yes they released results first but to have a capital raise organised and released to the market 20 minutes later suggests it was planned in advance despite DXB assuring shareholders that we had enough cash.Yes share price will increase from here but we are now diluted by a further 60 million shares. If they had waited a month could have raised at 60 cents or more. No matter how you look at it yesterdays CR was poor judgement by management and a big F - you to LTH’s.
