Too many panic merchants in this stock!
The prudent investor will wait to see what is involved.
If its a strategic placement with a distributional partner, it will be a great vote of confidence in how DXB is travelling and clarity re funding for the rest of Action 3.
If its a conventional raise because of no milestone payment - as Bunter suggests - it will be disappointing.
Given that there is now a focus on 'executing' multiple term sheets into licenses, I doubt it is the latter, as that would be premature in the circumstances.
My money is on the former - a strategic placement.
