I agree, we are not privy to the wheeling and dealing going on behind the scene to get the best outcome for the future licensing carve ups, if Nina and the board decided they needed cash, and can get it at the current SP I am happy to trust they know what they are doing.
Another angle though, could Euroz have approached DXB and said, we are getting a lot of interest in your company from SI and Insto's, I reckon we can raise you $20m at Friday nights close of 30c, shall we have a coffee and discuss?? I am not sure how that stuff work's just thinking out loud.
