already have enough cash and on top mile stone achievement payments. Chances of another signing of a new deal. If sp rises above 40 cents then options are getting converted.
Then the worst part sp could had risen on this positive news. Is it there to give benefit to institutional investors at the expense of retail holders. Let us wait and watch. But frankly speaking coming a very unexpected time.
