I think the point is that, with our excellent results and where we are in the scheme of things, we should have looked for non-dilutive funding.
We are stuck in the 30s for a while now but we could have broken into the 40s or 50s without the CR.
The good news was essentially wasted.
Anyway, what's done is done.
