I agree TVN should raised more at last capital raising. Even issued option should of had more realistic exercise price under 10 cents that would of given existing shareholds incentive convert to shares given TVN revenue. KKR debt repayment restructure really complicated things in this capital raising. They have pay $1M KKR from this raise and 50% of amount above $5M think that was terms plus isuue shares to KKR if share price below 10 cents in year. in my view better of biting bullet rasising $10M last month paying KKR it $5M owed in my opinion.
