Unfortunately it's now looking like a strategic error to not just do a bigger capital raising earlier (even if accepting a bigger discount at the time), rather than drip feeding all these small ones with dilution for existing holders increasingly progressively.
The theory was that the price would rally as operational announcements hit the market but sadly this hasn't materialised.
