Looks like Flanagan has decided to raise and buy the entire project upfront. I don't have a problem with that. I think some investors might be thinking this is great, but you don't own 100% of it just yet. Earn-ins can put some investors off until it's done. It should not cost a lot as the earn-in terms were not that heavy anyway. We don't know if it's part script and cash or all cash just yet. He should get the money quickly. He just spent several days promoting the story, and the stock held very well.
I seem to remember a few people on here were sceptical about the earn-in anyway. This would remove any doubt. It might help attract bigger buyers. dyor
