It goes into a halt if company hasn't got an immediate announcement available for the pause.So it is one of two things- something big has happened and an announcement is due- nothing has happened and need the halt to formulate an answer to the pause as there is no immediate announcementI personally just think the market cap is too small and 1-2 large players in the A.I space want exposure to A.I.Juniors in seed funding can raise $500m quite easily so thats the type of money available for A.I and Appen is the only pure A.I play not in seed.
