Offer Details:

The equity raising will consist of an institutional placement (“Placement” or “Offer”) to raise up to A$10.0 million. The Placement is seeking to raise up to A$10.0 million by issuing up to c.11.1 million shares at A$0.90 per share (“Offer Price”). The Placement will utilise the Company’s existing placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1. The Company reserves the right to accept oversubscriptions under the Placement of up to $2.0 million at its absolute discretion.

Use of Proceeds:

Proceeds will be used to fund exploration and drilling at the Lady Julie North 4, Lady Julie Central, Hawks Nest and Homeward Bound deposits, along with Corporate and Business Development.
