I would love to see only the 2.5M equity to Macq, but the way it is worded ??

"as part of the equity raise Macq has agreed to particpate 2.5M ... "

Its only a thought but I was thinking perhaps Macq receives some bulk debt repayment from a CR eg 10M, before they agreed to refinance out over a longer term. And/or is some of the hedge unwound (which would incur a cost), rather than just pushed out
