This is fantastic news.
From what I understand, ARU now have around $1bn in loans from the AU government.
There's still a shortfall of around $500m, however you would have to imagine that ARU are now in a position of strength to negotiate the best possible terms for this. Multiple parties interested.
The other alternative is a cornerstone investor to chip in the rest.
I reckon the market cap will double today.
