For someone with 50 years experience in markets, you're pretty clueless or intentionally disingenuous.
These are vendor shares and subject to escrow period - they cannot be sold on-market yet. These shares are not a capital raise. They're not even issued yet until 10/04/2024 pending approval by shareholders.
The current announcement regarding the Coda project has absolutely nothing to do with the vendor shares for the acquisition of Pocos, Juquia and Lithium valley projects.
