And RTB wouldn't dump the 95m that they can sell because it would reflect badly on the acquired asset and be detrimental to the 95m that they will be issued in six months afterwards.
Again, it is important to note that these are subject to shareholder approval and the issue date is 10/04/2024, nearly a month away.
