Doesn't mention options at 10c attached?
My understanding, after speaking to the company this morning, is that the $3m is for working capital, and anything over that will be used towards investment in digital assets.
0.067c is cheap considering we hit 0.092 a day ago... and throw in an option at 10c its a real kick in the face to the shareholders....
So I wonder if there will be a greater amount raised above the $3m... likely the case if it closed so quickly.
