My understanding after speaking to the company this morning is 0.067c share placement with Shaws, with a 10c option attached per share, with a short expiry of a month or 2, or something like that, but don't quote me, let's wait for the announcement Monday.
Either way its a disgrace, and offensive to existing shareholders who weren't offered any options at the last shareholder raise, nor as good a discount....
It's going to put a lot of pressure on the share price for months and could counteract a rising BTC price...
