Personally I don't like it. I understand the need to shore up some more funds to run the business as the last raise didn't really achieve this, but at least the raise will be higher than the last one...

The only way this isn't going to tank the share price down to the raise price is if the BTC price keeps moving north and forces it up, they buy a heap of digital assets with a main chunk of funds, and if the 'new' shareholders don't just collect their shares and sell for a quick profit.... which is usually always the case.

I am extremely disappointed in this....
