If they don't get those this time around, then they need to cut Uis and look elsewhere.
Even with this CR - they will not have the funds to do anything but bring Uis to the boil and they need to do that if they want the SP to rise for the next raise. Buying more tenements without drilling them will not raise the SP.
When your EV is $4m - you need to focus.
But regardless, until they can prove they can run one project, they should cease any other activities.
The failure to execute is appalling and that they come out blaming the macro is shameful.
