not surprised... most juniors take the first opportunity and raise capital...
one way to look at it is there are people on the sidelines that need a seat on the table & the junior management gets them shares in bucketloads at a decent valuation (mates rates)...
hope these are sticky fingers and not 10% flippers...let's see if someone gets a tap on the shoulder & can divulge at what price they selling & what quantity
