Tend to agree. I much prefer old fashioned prorated entitlements raises rather than minimum cash amounts (usually $1000). I am not prepared to put another $1k into this company but am prepared to put in a few hundred via a prorated cap raise. This is a very long term hold for me (based on a modest investment). I think KJ is trying very hard to re-establish the company for which he is well remunerated. Hopefully, the discount is not a pants dropper. GLTAH cheers Keith
