I’m more talking about the steep discount to sp offered only to select individuals, the 3million basically free options for GBA on top of the 6% fee…..and the fact Mena said he didn’t want to raise at low sp levels and here 3 months later there’s a raise not only at low levels but a 23% discount to sp at the time.
imo this is not a good for holders and the loyalty options are a a way to placate holders because the terms of the raise are poor
