Soph raise term sheet suggests they were seeking to raise up to 1m from the offer, plus the loyalty options for the punters.. so looks like they didn't get their target, which could explain the suspension? it's such an odd move. they've been spending money at a decent rate too, and a shitty raise at these levels compounds the monumental f&@k up that happened with the ultra deal.. were it not for that we'd have enough in the kitty.. id say it's a case of amateur hour, waiting til the cash was this low to then appear desperate, but there are savvy players behind the scenes here and as usual we are just suckers in their game. zero respect for holders, the option offer is super weird, why not just do a sPP on the same terms as the Sophs if you're going to the effort and paperwork etc.. very weird, very weird.
