Hey BGD CREW, any thoughts on what a "material" capital raising means compared to a regular CR? or how this fits in with the major buying we saw late Friday? Hints that this was known about, but usually inside knowledge of a CR drives the SP down, not up, so maybe a new cornerstone is coming in at a premium? I guess we will know on Wednesday. good luck all!
