Hank has been true to his word so far..... and I've been expecting an announcement, thinking either this week or next, as the sp has been hanging around its latest peak and now faltering.

"Equity Capital Raise" doesn't sound quite like a shareholder CR as Hank has said he doesn't want any dilution. and this tied with a "Material Contract" gives rise to the idea that this might be an off-take involving a cash injection to improve productivity with a lower off-take price(?).

whatever the announcement is the primary motive, I'm guessing, is a pump to attract new investors.

Hank has also said that he won't announce MOUs or anything insubstantial. nothing but real substantive news. so this is likely a done deal. Real Cash and real deal.
