    Looking forward to see details. Who is the insto(s)? Raise price discount / premium? Close, 5 day VWAP or 30 day VWAP? Final raise? Rights entitlement per share? Use of funds?

    Instos typically get a deal, but Alan was adamant in prior raise he could get a great deal. Let’s see how this plays out or if business as usual Insto gets a discount given the state of the markets?
