Placement Details Astral has undertaken the Placement of new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company to eligible sophisticated, institutional and professional investors to raise $7 million. In the order of 140 million Placement Shares are to be issued at $0.05 per share (Placement Shares)
Outstanding shares are 718 million and 700000. So an extra 140 mill will take us to 848 million and change; still under the mythical 1 billion mark.
That extra $7 million in dosh will uncover a lot more gold if their past track record is any guide.
